About the Role

We are seeking a Fashion Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for:

  1. Styling and advising clients on high-end fashion items in order to meet their individual tastes and preferences.
  2. Managing client relationships from initial greeting to after-sales service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout.
  3. Achieving sales targets through effective styling, advice, and engagement with clients.
  4. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock availability at all times.
  5. Collaborating with store teams to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure smooth floor operations.
  6. Developing strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and industry insights to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fashion industry experience, preferably in luxury retail or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail etiquette, client servicing, and high-end fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
