Job Title: Senior Store Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior store manager to lead our retail sales team and drive the success of our operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store, including overseeing all aspects of retail operations, managing relationships with high net worth individual clients, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities.
- End to end ownership of the store.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
Ambitious and results-driven individuals who are passionate about the luxury retail industry and have excellent leadership and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
