Corporate Sales Representative

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Corporate Sales Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping corporate professionals achieve their goals and improve their mental wellness.

As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, building trust, and guiding them towards making informed decisions that support their mental health.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients through informative and empathetic video consultations.
  2. Manage your schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  3. Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  4. Be available to communicate through online channels from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
  5. Build rapport with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  6. Ensure honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  7. Provide guidance to prospects on making informed decisions that support their mental health.
  8. Stay aware of your performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective video calls.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and build trust.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment.
