Sales and Wellness Professional

Job RoleThis is a full-time remote role where you will act as a point of contact for inbound leads, understanding their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ultimately converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting clients for premium health plans.
- Handling new client acquisitions and converting free users to paid subscribers.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiating with Users to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements.
- Generating quality leads to expand our customer base.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to month-over-month growth.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Nutrition or a related field.
- A health and fitness enthusiast who knows the health, wellness, and fitness domain.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside sales, Telesales, preferably in the Health and Wellness Industry.
- Good English speaking skills, along with proficiency in any regional language.
- Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated, and aggressive.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
