About This Role

Our organization empowers corporate professionals to achieve mental wellness and peak performance through a unique Mind Empowerment Therapy approach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct video calls with potential clients, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness.
  • Manage a schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  • Complete daily tasks from Monday to Saturday, including morning and end-of-day routines.
  • Be available to communicate through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure honest and transparent interactions with clients, following through on commitments.
  • Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Stay aware of performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
