ServiceNow ITOM Expert

Our team seeks a seasoned professional to excel in delivering ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions for enterprise IT environments
  • Develop and configure probes, sensors, event rules, service maps, and integrations with third-party monitoring tools
  • Establish comprehensive CMDB population and enrichment for accurate infrastructure and service data
  • Recommend and implement best practices for ITOM governance, event correlation, and service impact analysis
  • Train IT staff, document technical designs, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Discovery (credentials, patterns, probes, sensors)
  • Event Management (alert rules, correlation, integrations)
  • Service Mapping (dependencies, CMDB enrichment)
  • Solid scripting knowledge (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices
  • Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow CIS-ITOM

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CSA)
  • Experience with AIOps, cloud-native observability, and automated remediation
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration tools
