Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support the implementation of Security Operations modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, and a track record of successful deployments in complex enterprise environments.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR). This includes configuring and customizing workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR.

Collaboration with cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations is crucial to gather detailed requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

The candidate will also be responsible for integrating ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems. Developing orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution is also part of the job.

Performance of UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities is essential to ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment. Additionally, creating solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies.
  • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools.
  • Hands-on scripting experience.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
