Key Responsibilities:

As a visionary leader, you will drive organizational understanding of AI and ML capabilities by working closely with senior leadership to enhance business outcomes. This involves collaborating with functional heads to address business challenges and proposing strategic use of AI and Analytics solutions.

You will translate business problems into analytical opportunities, leveraging AI and ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end. Your expertise will enable the development and implementation of an approach to scale AI and ML at our organization through various solutions.

Furthermore, you will enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategy through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top leaders. You will foster external relationships for innovative approaches and showcase learnings through cross-industry and academia forums.

Additionally, you will lead AI and Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring. A strong emphasis is placed on building and nurturing a team of next-generation business-focused problem solvers with a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:
  • A master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation

  • Analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and presenting insights to top leaders
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and project execution abilities
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, ML, Data Science, and Gen AI through developed solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics, ML, Deep tech, and Gen AI technologies and applications
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, and other open-source tools and technologies
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with ML/DL/Gen AI frameworks and new-age cloud-based frameworks around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles
