We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic support associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students through various channels including email, phone, and other mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

2. Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in the support process.

3. Proactively reach out to students to understand and address their concerns, evaluating feedback and ratings to improve the support experience.

4. Address and resolve student complaints and concerns efficiently, focusing on achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

5. Stay up-to-date with company course offerings, updates, and promotions, continuously educating yourself about the online education industry and relevant trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written)

• Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

• Excellent English communication skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs

• Customer support software

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
