Job Title: Customer Service Representative

This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, following up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, or new offers/promotions, scheduling appointments or meetings when required, answering incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving basic customer issues or escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential leads generated through various channels to introduce company products or services and answer preliminary questions.

  • FOLLOWING UP WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS FOR FEEDBACK, RENEWALS, OR TO INFORM THEM ABOUT NEW OFFERS/PROMOTIONS.

  • Scheduling appointments or meetings for sales representatives when required.

  • Answering incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

  • Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.

  • Resolving basic customer issues or escalating complex matters to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Identifying potential sales opportunities during calls and qualifying leads based on set criteria.

  • Recording customer responses, feedback, and interests to help refine sales and marketing strategies.

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through polite and helpful communication.

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
