Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a specialist in international customer communication. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English language skills and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls, emails, and other digital channels throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Manage orders and contracts from start to finish, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to customers.
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables and achieve KPI compliance.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in international customer service operations (Australian English).
  • Familiarity with order management processes is preferred.
