Job Summary

We are seeking a Research Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data management, ensuring that information gathered is entered on to the database and saved efficiently and accessibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the company database, ensuring that all new and updated entries follow the company minimum requirements, are correctly skill coded, and contact logs reflect conversations and meetings.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly, including CV formatting in required templates.
  • Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches, which may include market/product analysis, competitor structures, organizational charts, salary/benefits information, and other bespoke research required.
  • Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Systematically identify target companies and candidates, continuously developing the internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong data management and research skills.
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written), and well-presented.
  • Well-organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
