Job Description

We're looking for Customer Solutions Engineers / Deployment Officers—dynamic, creative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about web and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad's software products and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships
  • Understand each client's business requirements and configure their Sapaad account accordingly
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff
  • Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of Sapaad
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for customers
  • Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
