Overview:

Key Skills We're Looking For:

  1. Machine Learning Mastery
  • We seek a seasoned professional with strong expertise in regression, classification, clustering, regularization, and model tuning.
  • Proficiency in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Transformers is desirable.
  1. Programming Skills
  • Expertise in Python programming, specifically with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn, is essential for building machine learning models from scratch.
  1. Data Handling
  • The ability to query large datasets efficiently and apply rigorous data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability is crucial.
  1. Statistical & Analytical Thinking
  • A solid grasp of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and interpreting results in a business context is vital for driving data-driven decision making.
  1. ML System Design
  • Experience in designing and deploying machine learning pipelines, including model training, testing, and deployment using REST APIs or batch jobs, is essential.
  • Understanding of monitoring and retraining models post-deployment is critical for maintaining model performance.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of distributed data processing tools like Apache Spark, Dask, etc.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
