By leveraging advanced digital tools and customer-centric strategies, the Central Digital Lead will enhance productivity, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to the broader mission of sustainability and rural development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with Adani Agri Sustainability's strategic goals.
  • Lead the integration of advanced technologies such as IoT and data analytics to optimize agricultural practices and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions .
  • Design and implement customer-centric digital strategies to improve engagement, training programs, and access to modern technologies.
  • Oversee the deployment of digital platforms for efficient resource management, renewable energy integration.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including government bodies and international organizations, to scale digital innovations in sustainable agriculture.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of digital initiatives and their alignment with sustainability goals.
  • Lead the development of digital tools for food processing and exports, ensuring adherence to international quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the business unit, driving digital literacy and operational excellence.
