Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee various aspects of the office, including recruitment, employee engagement, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & HR
    • Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and track attendance.
    • Contribute to employee retention activities and enhance work environment.
  • Operations & Coordination
    • Ensure smooth workflow by overseeing daily office operations and facilitating communication among teams.
    • Coordinate logistics with vendors, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
    • Support founders in tracking projects and monitoring team performance.
  • Shoot & Production Support
    • Collaborate with creative teams during client shoots, scheduling logistics, and coordinating resources.
    • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience beneficial).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
