
Front Office Ambassador

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of guests at our hotel.
You will greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling and transportation, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering their queries promptly, and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest requests efficiently, including arranging transportation, storing luggage, and delivering messages and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions and hotel amenities, with the ability to provide accurate and informative recommendations to guests.
