Front Desk Ambassador
We're seeking a professional and welcoming individual to serve as the face of our organization, ensuring seamless and positive interactions with clients, visitors, and walk-ins from the moment they arrive. This role plays a crucial part in upholding our brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Front-Desk Operations: Oversee all front-desk activities, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with registrations. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings and service requests.
- Customer Relations: Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously. Maintain customer records, update the CRM, and strive for customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Administrative & Event Support: Assist sales and CRM teams with tasks such as organizing client events, presentations, and property walkthroughs. Maintain the cleanliness and professional ambiance of the reception area and waiting lounge.
