- Guest Experience and Services
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest details and room bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS) preferred.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
