We are seeking an accomplished individual to manage our front desk operations.
Our organization is a reputable studio driven by artists who value detail-oriented design and creativity. We're passionate about capturing imaginations through high-end visual effects, bringing rich and diverse experience from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end front desk activities with professionalism while interacting with guests.
- Address queries, handle complaints, attend phone calls, and redirect them to the appropriate teams.
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters, regularly checking and sorting emails.
- Work closely with administrative staff to maintain office supplies inventory and ensure it's always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents and a visitor, attendance, and material logbook.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking tickets and visa preparation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience as a front desk representative or in a relevant position.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication, written, and people skills.
- Good at multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
