Job Description and KRA for Front Desk Executive:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to parents, visitors, and staff. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building and will play a key role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.

This position reports to the Central Admin Head (LWS) and the Senior Vice President - Administration of Lodha Group at the Corporate Office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome parents, staff, students, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and direct incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and handle inquiries as necessary.
- Know the layout of the school building, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and key areas.
- Understand the school's history, mission, values, and fee structure to effectively represent the institution.
- Assist the admission officers with scheduling interaction and school tour sessions.
- Help teachers connect with parents via calls and meeting scheduling as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide information and assistance to parents, visitors, and vendors; direct them to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate school events such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, meeting coordination, filing, and document preparation.
- Be knowledgeable about the school's board affiliations to represent the school's standing accurately.
- Know the names and roles of key staff members (teachers, administrators, support staff).
- Understand and communicate school policies regarding attendance, dress code, and general conduct.
- Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Manage and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and ensure security at entry and exit points of the building.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and handling standard office equipment.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Female candidate with 36 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, guest relations, or customer service roles.
