
Client Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage client relationships and provide tailored investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.
- Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations governing mutual funds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and track market trends.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide informed investment advice.
