Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and build relationships with clients.">
  • Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.">
  • Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.">
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.">
  • Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication skills.">
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.">
  • Prepare reports of calls, leads, and conversions.">

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Finance or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.">
  • Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English and regional languages.">
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.">
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.">
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and reporting software.">
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.">
