Job Title: Taxation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and authorizing Security Transaction Tax notes, ensuring accuracy in STT calculations from clearing data.
You will also collate Profit & Loss information for each company to determine Advance Income Tax payable, and verify quarterly Income Tax amounts due.
- Verify TDS/Service Tax/ST returns to ensure accurate tax liability.
- Validate Form 16A totals against total tax liability for compliance.
Additionally, you will prepare income computation reports based on audit findings for validation by consultants or auditors. You will address critical queries from auditors as necessary.
You will handle tax assessments and litigations related to direct or indirect taxes.
Key Responsibilities:- To calculate the profit and loss of different companies and decide advance income tax.
- To check if the given security transaction tax is accurate or not.
- To take care of all the business related work of client including TDS, service tax and other taxation works.
- To verify the form 16a of client and make sure that it is correct or not.
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
- Professional certification in taxation (CA, CS, CMA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation field.
