
Supporting Senior Management

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to senior management. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain senior management's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and timely updates for senior management.
- Assist in preparing project reports, MIS, client proposals, and meeting documents.
- Follow up with teams on project deadlines, deliverables, and pending actions on behalf of senior management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of project coordination in a related industry preferred.
