**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Plant Specialist to manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and quality assurance of the Demineralisation (DM) Water Treatment Plant in a Biomass Power Plant.

  • Oversee the entire DM water treatment process ensuring consistent and reliable supply with required quality parameters.
  • Conduct regular chemical analysis of raw water, DM water, condensate, and feedwater to ensure compliance with regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain equipment performance and prevent malfunctions through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and respond to process issues like conductivity spikes or membrane fouling to maintain optimal plant performance.
  • Ensure accurate records of chemical usage, test reports, and regeneration schedules for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on plant performance, environmental monitoring, and compliance with regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Expertise in DM water production and boiler feedwater treatment.
  • Strong understanding of steam-water cycle chemistry in thermal/biomass power plants.
  • Leadership, documentation, and root cause analysis skills.
