**Job Title:** SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist to lead our plant operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure smooth plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, configuring and customizing Plant Maintenance processes, handling master data management, and developing and managing maintenance plans and notifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement and support SAP PM module projects from start to finish.
  • Configure and customize Plant Maintenance processes to meet client requirements.
  • Manage master data, including equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, and work centers.
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW.
  • Support testing cycles and provide end-user training/documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of SAP PM experience in implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM (materials), PP (production), and FI/CO (finance & controlling).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
