We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities in our industrial plant.

  • This includes developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, inspecting plant machinery and equipment regularly to identify and resolve issues, and leading and supervising the maintenance team to ensure effective performance.

  • The selected candidate will also manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities in the industrial plant.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

  • Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect plant machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure effective performance and achieve goals.

  • Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
