Job Title: Assistant Manager – Store

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage store operations at our Udaipur property.

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Manage inventory control, stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle procurement and purchasing processes according to hotel requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
  • Monitor supply chain activities for timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.
  • Update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
