Job Title: Payroll Manager

Role Purpose:

The incumbent will oversee end-to-end payroll management for India, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, statutory compliance with Indian labor and tax regulations, and payroll-related reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate and reconcile inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll policies.
  • Prepare payroll MIS reports and analytics for management review.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and taxation.
  • Support process automation and continuous improvement in payroll systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or HR. MBA/PGDM or CMA/ CA required.
  • 7-10 years of payroll management experience in India required.
