Job Title:

Senior Payroll Specialist

About the Job:

  • Our company is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing.
  • You will collect timesheet data and payroll information, enter data into payroll and administrative databases, and calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
  • Your responsibilities will also include preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits, maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, and responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • In addition, you will perform payroll reconciliations, prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • You will work closely with our finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
