Workday Integration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Workday integration expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Workday Connectors, and other integration tools.


The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Security Administration. They will also be proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Report Writer.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining Workday dashboards.
  • Optimizing existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Performing data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.


Other duties may include providing expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations; collaborating with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights; and proactively partnering with Business stakeholders to come up with a reporting and integrations roadmap.


This is a contract position with potential for extension. Immediate joiners only. Can work anytime in IST. Overlap time will be 9 pm - 11 pm IST. Attend weekly meetings with Global Team - US and India teammates.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong background in Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration).
  • Proficient in Workday HCM and working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Report Writer.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and Workday Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of HCM business processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Must-haves: WorkDay Studio experience, 7 years of Workday integrations experience.
