Job Title: Senior Director of AI Engineering">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of AI Engineering to lead our AI/ML team in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and large language model-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML with hands-on expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and MLOps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end MLOps processes, including model development, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling. They will also ensure efficient integration of AI solutions into business applications and workflows. Additionally, they will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML): We are looking for experts who have hands-on experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and MLOps.
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Strategic Skills: The ideal candidate should have experience leading high-performing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Data Handling & Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with hands-on expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and MLOps is a must.
