Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

National CoE is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to manage and grow programs. This role requires a strong understanding of broad base cybersecurity concepts and the ability to translate ideas into well-run initiatives and deliverables from a technical execution perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute cybersecurity hackathons, innovation challenges, simulations, and learning-based technical events to drive innovation and growth.
  • Contribute to technical research initiatives and assist in developing research-backed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage with external partners, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts for research productization efforts to advance the field.
  • Support the documentation and publication of technical knowledge documents and program outcomes to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Track industry developments and map potential problem statements for future program ideas to stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Assist in hosting and running technical webinars, workshops, and challenge-based learning formats by contributing to creation of agendas, speaker identification, etc. to educate and engage stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with startups, academia, and industry to support cybersecurity product development and innovation to drive economic growth and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, preferably with a cybersecurity focus.
  • 4-8 years of experience in technical program execution or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
  • Understanding of broad cybersecurity and technology domains.
  • Experience in orchestrating delivering tech programs (Challenges, Hackathons, Education, Training, etc.,) or community initiatives is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write thought-leadership in terms of technical reports/webinars in Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies.
  • Preferred to have experience working with academia and government ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
