Job Title: Chief Architect of AI Initiatives

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead strategic AI initiatives focused on Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, and Agentic Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Gather and translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Tech Execution & Innovation: Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and VLMs for domain-specific and general-purpose use cases, building and operationalizing Agentic AI systems that leverage autonomous agents.
  • Research & Thought Leadership: Stay current with cutting-edge research in Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, Agentic Systems, and AI Infrastructure, driving PoCs and pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and their business impact.
