Job Summary

The Tele Business Services Specialist bridges the gap between sales and technical teams to deliver cybersecurity solutions while driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of various OEM technologies and expertise in solution design, architecture, and customization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients Engagement: Engage clients to comprehend their security needs and provide tailored, innovative solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and architect customized solutions that align with customers' business needs and security requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • OEM Technologies: Strong knowledge of various OEM technologies, including features, use cases, and unique selling points (USPs) for at least three of the following: SOC, DLP, IAM, Email Security, EDR/XDR/SIEM, VA and PM, Cloud Security, SASE, and SOC.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in demonstrating cybersecurity solutions, value propositions, and USPs to customers and stakeholders.
  • In-depth Understanding: In-depth understanding of the scope of Professional Services and Managed Services for each technology area.
