Job Title: Technical Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Technical Consulting in the networking and cybersecurity industry. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, providing expert guidance on networking and security solutions.
  • Lead the technical qualification process, including requirement gathering, solution design, architecture, and sizing.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) tailored to customer needs.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into high-level designs using best-in-class technologies.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, accurate, and timely documentation and solution proposals.
  • Engage with product management and engineering to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and provide pre-sales support across multiple sales territories as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and evolving customer needs in the cybersecurity and networking space.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, etc.) and security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, NAC, DLP, SIEM, endpoint security, etc.).
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using technologies from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, Check Point, etc.
