Solutions Architect

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions? We're seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers to create effective technical solutions for multiple projects. You'll analyze current technologies, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current technologies and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Design and implement technical solutions for multiple projects.
  • Prioritize incoming technical issues and perform root cause analyses.
  • Work closely with software engineers and the product management team to understand new product capabilities and identify, prioritize, and fix customer issues or code bugs.
  • Document technology solutions in precise detail to ensure reproducibility in the future.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
  • A continuous desire to grow and learn.
  • Understanding of programming logic and software.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
