
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team at Numbertree LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and virtual meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets, industry trends, and customer needs. You will be required to conduct thorough market research, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize sales performance. Additionally, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide support as needed to ensure smooth implementation of products/services.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage clients over the phone and in virtual meetings. A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and virtual meetings
- Conduct thorough market research on target markets, competitors, and potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on outbound calling and international markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship management
- A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to research and understand international markets, industry trends, and customer needs
