About the Role
We are looking for a sales professional with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities to develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy
- Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period
- Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality He or She has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company&aposs positive image
- Generating leads: Identifying and generating new sales leads through a variety of methods, including networking, cold-calling, and following up on leads provided by the company and channel partners
- Understand clients&apos needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects
- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of closing
