Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for developing your skills in sales, business development, and market expansion. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Activities:
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform your sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Work with our sales team to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to our sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Ensure that all sales materials are well-prepared and presented professionally.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to expand our market share and reach new customer segments.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and potential growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or Diploma in Jewellery
  • 0-1 years experience in the Jewellery industry
