Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Relationship Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high net worth client relationships and growing their portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To provide exceptional financial advisory services to new and existing clients, focusing on mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services.
  2. To acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele, working collaboratively with the team to achieve this goal.
  3. To recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  4. To consistently grow the assets under management (AUM) from both new and existing clients.
  5. To generate significant revenue streams, enabling the team to earn substantial incentives for their contributions.

Requirements:

  1. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in wealth management advisory services, with a strong understanding of the industry's best practices.
  2. A postgraduate degree from any discipline is mandatory.
  3. A minimum of 3-4 years of stability in their current and previous assignments, demonstrating their ability to adapt to changing environments.
