It is a prominent real estate company with a strong portfolio of 250+ landmarks, currently developing residential, commercial, and township projects.
Required Skills and Competencies: Qualification: LLBExperience: 15-20 years.
Must have in-depth knowledge of all laws and compliance requirements related to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities: Legal Counsel Management: Identify and manage relationships with legal counsel, reviewing their inputs and performance.
Transaction Support: Provide legal support for land acquisition deals, including due diligence and dispute resolution.
Business Initiatives: Oversee legal aspects of joint ventures and new business setups.
Contracts & Vendor Relations: Review standard contracts, manage legal escalations with vendors, and provide legal opinions to other departments.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure the group's compliance with real estate laws, assess the impact of legal changes, and coordinate with SBU and Function Heads for necessary course corrections.
