Job Description:

This is a strategic role focused on driving the growth and expansion of our Global Health vertical. The ideal candidate will lead our government partnerships end-to-end, engaging senior stakeholders to secure funding and shape large-scale AI initiatives that deliver significant impact in disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building Qure's presence in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa by shaping market strategy, creating large-scale AI programmes, owning end-to-end deal cycles, unlocking funding opportunities, influencing policy and budgets, and stewarding stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping market strategy to identify priority countries/states, map Ministry of Health ecosystems, size AI procurement potential, define the value proposition, and craft tailored market-entry roadmaps
  • Creating large-scale AI programmes to design multi-disease population-surveillance projects and opportunities where Qure's AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
  • _owning end-to-end deal cycles_ to originate, structure, and close deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale
  • Unlocking funding opportunities to surface and win bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level
  • Influencing policy and budgets to engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programmes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Enterprise Business Development, Founder's office, Growth, Public Health, Med-Device, or Govt Advisory with 3-8 years of experience
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus
  • Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets
