  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by delivering high-quality work and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team leads and managers to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to non-standard pending transactions, analyzing reasons behind incomplete transactions and understanding process interdependencies.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Healthcare and Insurance domains, applying expertise to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Able to work regular scheduled shifts and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Diploma or Graduate degree required, with a focus on relevant fields such as Business Administration or Health Science.

  • Holds a Diploma or Graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Has prior experience working in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of success and adaptability.
  • Is able to analyze complex data sets and identify trends, applying insights to inform business decisions.
  • Is an effective communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
