Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. This includes building internal and external pipelines, managing hiring processes, and enhancing candidate experiences.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment. This may include implementing cultural programs, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices. Ensure that performance management processes are aligned with business objectives and contribute to overall success.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent. Identify areas for growth and provide opportunities for professional development and skill-building.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, systems, and audits. Ensure that HR processes and systems are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
