Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a key role in our lending operations. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial agreements.

This high-impact position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt instruments, and related security documents.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal support and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liaising with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt instruments, and related security documents.
  • Providing legal support to internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
