Transaction Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our transaction advisory services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in accounting and taxation, with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic financial partner to clients, overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications.
- Build financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses.
- Support valuations for fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions in compliance with tax laws.
- Lead buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects including financial health checks, revenue/margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical reviews.
- Provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions.
- Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior colleagues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- CA with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory at a mid-tier boutique advisory or in a start-up finance team with exposure to FP&A and fundraise projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.
- Proven track record in client servicing and team management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
