Luxury Hotel Land Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Luxury Hotel Land Acquisition Expert.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion of our hospitality portfolio through prime land acquisitions, ensuring legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence.
This leadership role requires identifying, evaluating, and securing key land parcels for new hotel developments while mitigating risks and managing all legal reviews.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Site Identification: Spot and assess high-potential land parcels aligned with market trends and brand growth plans.
- Negotiation & Transaction Closure: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and authorities to secure favorable terms.
- Regulatory Liaison & Approvals: Coordinate with municipal, zoning, and tourism bodies for permits and development clearances.
- Feasibility & Site Planning: Support finance and development teams in evaluating site viability and optimizing land use.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Development, or Hospitality Planning.
- 12–25 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate.
- Deep expertise in real estate law, zoning regulations, and hospitality land use.
- Proven track record in land acquisition, negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong network across authorities, brokers, and legal consultants.
- Collaborative leader able to work across legal, finance, and project development teams.
