Job Title: Loan Risk Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for a skilled Loan Risk Management Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan risks and ensuring compliance with laid down policies and procedures.

  • Ensure strict adherence to quality and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Adhere to agreed SLAs and timelines in completing assigned activities.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
  • Protect company assets by evaluating credit requests and establishing credit limits.
  • Ensure proper documentation and collateralization of loans.
  • Communicate credit decisions effectively to stakeholders.
Additional Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Verifying loan accounts, conducting cross-verification (member house visit), performing KYC checks, reviewing bank passbooks and other documents, assessing income and expenses, checking influence of middlemen, verifying negative areas, closing ICQ observations, and monitoring bucket performance.
